Added constant strength source, vortex, and doublet panels.
Added initial GUI and TUI apps for pre-processing and post-processing simulations.
Added lumped vortex method to model the airfoil camber as a series of panels with line element point vortices.
Added point source, vortex, and doublet along with a line panel that contains a point element at the quarter panel location and collocation point at the three-quarter panel location.
