This directory holds contributor-facing execution and readiness material. Use it when you want to know what must be true before a feature, integration, or release can be treated as complete.

• Start with ../design/planning/plan.md for long-range prioritization rather than issue-level completion tracking.

Placement Rules

• Put “definition of done” documents here.

• Put integration-complete checklists here.

• Put release-readiness and contributor execution material here or under ../workflows/.

• Do not put long-range architecture design or roadmap sequencing here.
